 Located in mid-town Kingston in a quiet residential area, "Kingston Apartments" represent an ideal quiet and clean location for upper year university students, business/military people away from home and families.

- small 1 bedroom ($650-700/month)
- large 1 bedroom ($735-800/month)
- 2 bedroom ($850-950/month)
While there will be some variation between units from building to building, we've attached photographs and floor plans to showcase our apartments.

 Kingston Apartments is pleased to announce that we now offer pre-furnished apartments if desired.
These units include:
- dining room table and chairs for 4
- assorted cookware, plates, cutlery, etc
- refrigerator and stove
- living room chair, couch, end-tables
- television (if required/available)
- bed and bedding
- dresser
- lamps

Furnished apartments come in the same sizes as our regular units:
- small 1 bedroom ($800-850/month)
- large 1 bedroom ($1000-1200/month)
- 2 bedroom ($1050-1200/month)
